While your computer is "frozen", have you tried ALT+F4, CTRL+ALT+DEL or even tried if the CAPS LOCK light indicator is still working normally (ON/OFF) ?

Yes I have tried these. Only Ctrl+tab works. It minimize the game screen so I can use my computer. But I can't be able to open my game until I restart my computer

Strange that ALT+F4 and even more that CTRL+ALT+DEL are not working while the "STEAM OVERLAY" CTRL+TAB works...

So you can't access the Task Manager and see what is frozen and close that process manually ?

No. I am not able to use any app opened at task bar.

No Sir. I haven't. I am going to uninstall and reinstall it again tomorrow. Because it's the release date of Project Argo! Please tell me after reinstalling it is it fully updated or not?

The fact that your game is not up to date with the servers could be the reason why it crashes.

I would suggest you to take a look by yourself in the DevBlog about the 0.77 update, and about the next (june 22nd) release, I'm not aware of what's in it.

I would also suggest you to remove any optional parameters (launch options), as :
-noSlpash, -enableHT, etc...
If you have such enabled.
