At the start of a new round in RAID mode, I wasn't able to spawn so I spectate, but the game (not HUD) was in B&W / gray-scale.
I fixed this by hitting ESC and going to Video Settings, as soon as I clicked, the colors came back.

Hi, I had this issue a long time ago ( during the 1.0 and 1.1 ) but since I never saw this bug ever again ^^
