On the respawn / objective screen, my custom loadouts are not available in the list to choose from.
It usually get back next respawn, but the 2017-06-01, I lost my custom loadouts 2 rounds in a row.
I had only 2 loadouts to choose from... one was an assault rifle and the other a submachine gun.

It also happened when I launched the game one time in the loadout screen, but restarting the game fixed it.
