When i leave my keybind on caps lock I can be heard in game by others however when i switch it to my mouse keybind that I always do in .61 it wont transmit.

Steps To Reproduce
I did numerous relogs and reproductions the closest thing i can come to fixing is if i leave caps lock available i can transmit throught he constant streaming of my mouse button but beyond that i cant do just the push to talk feature at all
