As soon as I load into a server and start moving around, the entire game freezes.
I have re-downloaded the game and I have completely reset my computer.

Are your video / other drivers up to date? Does this issue occur with both 64 bit and 32 bit clients? Does the issue occur on both stable and experimental versions? Have you tried to change your video settings to see if that changes anything about the behaviour of the issue? And if it is not a problem, can you upload the dxdiag file from your computer to this ticket? (The upload button can be found on the bar at the top of the comment window).
