im playing dayz x64 on my laptop i play it on ultra low graphics windowed mode
every 2 or 3 min my game freeze for 2 sec and then it run normally

According to the dxdiag file you have provided, your CPU is below the minimum requirements to run the game. Also, your GPU is a multimedia card, which is not a card that is made specifically for playing games. We suggest a hardware upgrade as there is nothing we can do to improve the performance for you.
