I have downloaded RHSUSAF and RHSAFRF multiple times now, but they sit with the "clock" symbol next to them not installing, with a message on the bottom stating "Waiting for steam to download mod updates" I also cant delete the files from my Arma 3 root directory because it says I need more permissions, yet I am the admin and only account on this computer.

does it only happen for RHS mods or does it also happen for any other mod?
As for the permissions problem, do you have User Account Control (UAC) enabled on your system?

Only RHS mods, and as for User Account Control that will be a negative, I bought my computer specifically for gaming, no one else uses it and I never set any permissions for anything.

Hours on mods in a case:
- expects loading of other mods
- expects loading, there isn't enough place on a disk
Removal of mods should be begun with the mods page in Workshop - to refuse the signature on mods.
