Hello theclassifiedrebel.
Does such or similar issue occur in other games for you as well or just in DayZ? Also, if you havent yet, try to verify the game cache integirty in Steam and let us know if the issue still persists.
Regards,
Geez

I did now notice it in another game (barely, if I look down and run through grass it is just a little but not as bad as DayZ is) looks like if I turn vsync on it stops. I should be getting I new GPU today to so I will have to test it out and see if that does anything. Going from a GTX 750Ti SC to a GTX 1070 FTW, but I am thinking it might be a vsync issue with my Asus PA248Q monitor but it is odd that it just started yesterday.... And doing some talking another friend of mine gets it too and said it just started about a month ago for him.

Hello theclassifiedrebel and thank you for the information.
Please let us know if the issue persists even with the new GPU and in case it still does, try to take a picture of the issue (with your phone camera for example, if print screen does not capture the issue).

Geez

I still have the issue. It seems to go away for the most part when I have vsync on, when I turn it off it is worst then before but I still get it even when I am getting 30 frames so I don't get why it is doing that. I don't seem to be getting it with other games, like I said before I started to notice it after the small update last week. I never had this issue in the past and if I don't have vsync on the game is unplayable.

I have noticed now that I did let Nvidia optimize it and it is looking a lot better. I was getting 200+ fps and didn't see it that much. I see it also seems to do it more when streaming using OBS, but I will be streaming tomorrow and we will see what it does then.
