When beginning a new Space Program, Chapter 2, I am unable to refill oxygen using the emergency cabin dispenser as stated in the mission task. When looking at the dispenser, the holo-image and on-screen text shows it as a seat. Pressing "E" results in the player sitting on the dispenser, and not refilling oxygen.

Begin a new space program, chapter 2: manned.
After control is granted to player, look at and attempt to use the emergency cabin dispenser beside the player starting location.
