There's no category for the feedback tracker itself....so...

Currently you see user names in bold text while ticket description/headers are hard to read.

I think people are not interested in user names but in tickets.

Please remove the bold text from user names and make ticket headers/descriptions/links bold.

All in all I can see much too much user interaction here. I'm not interested who adds himself to a ticket or similar nonsense.

And why can't I choose a dark background? The white background with hard to read fonts is cancer for my old eyes!
