Crash at start up when using dedicated graphics card

Description

TKOM.exe (and TKOM_dev.exe for that matter) crashes with an access violation and an illegal read with varying addresses "at 14". It crashes only when using my dedicated NVidia graphics card (GeForce GTX 680M). No problems with the integrated intel chip.
