I was killed by the elevator in the Scenario, Victoria Settlement. It was the elevator in the Giant Pod near the CampSite. I've decided to check out the 2D panel.

Steps To Reproduce
Select Scenario Victoria Settlement.............
Walk to the giant pod, enter it and take the elevator to crew headquarters, do a lap around and then re-enter the elevator. Now take the elevator back to cargo bay. That's when the player model did not stay in the elevator, it basically "froze" and then it collided with the elevator and was killed.
Additional Information
May be useful to switch to 2D panel during this. I placed the suit to re-charge before heading back down.
