I'm playing the campaign and the small rover I'm using has no solar panels or anything to generate power besides the chemical batteries.

The chemical batteries have ran out and the power level is at 0, but the rover still performs fine. I received the notification saying the rover has 0% power.

I don't know if this happens to the other rovers or is a known bug.
