While creating a modification ToM asks to restart.
This happens if an addon is activated/deactivated/packed and send to steam.

In 2 out of 3 cases during the restart of ToM the screen refreshrate is out of bound so my monitor blanks out with error warning.
Game starts (as sound is heard like any normal start).

Solution: Switching off monitor and back on.
