Description

Game freezes upon starting NEW scenario "Demo Hydroponics", no error report (tried 2 times) waited up to 5 minutes.

The 3rd try finally throws an error message(added below)

Tried another scenario "MANNED: Victoria settlement" game freezes again

Loaded an earlier save game (MANNED: Lunar proving ground) works without errors.

Steps To Reproduce

Using test build 0.9.0035:3593 (3rd april 2015) (NO plugins/mods used)

Starting new scenario "Demo Hydroponics and survival" freezes game, sometimes throws crash.log(below).

Starting new scenario "MANNED: Victoria settlement" only error.log shows something(below), no crash.log this time.
