I built a small rover with 3 chemical batteries (the stronger ones for 5k each) and with solar array. As the power goes below 25%, notification is produced, but also the chemical batteries kick in and recharge the vehicle. Immediately afterwards, another message is produced as we go below 25% again, and so on.
