Version 0.9.0016:xxxx

I landed a small rover with both chemical and normal battery. (No solar panels.) After the chemical battery depleted, it continued operation. After even the normal battery depleted (properly signaling it), the vehicle continued operation while showing depleted battery and 0 W energy gain.
