When I started the game for the first time there were no planetary nor any character textures. There were only outlines of the characters and rovers. So I lowered my 3D settings to 2X and it fixed it.

Steps To Reproduce
It may or may not work for everyone's computer but to reproduce I just had to put the 3D setting back to 3X.
Additional Information
A lot of people are having this issue and that's how I figured out how to fix it. Plus I have a high performance computer so it wouldn't be my computer.
