Description

Every time i try to start the game i get this error "Can't load config 'ccsettings.xml' because of it's empty" (http://i.imgur.com/t3mfPEj.png).

Just try to start the game.

This error continued happening to me even when i formated my PC from Windows 7 to Windows 8.
