The backplate with the parachute doesn't detach if you disconnect from the vehicle, when heatshield is detached, but the vehicle is still inside the backplate.

Steps To Reproduce
- Launch a small lander to a mission.
- Wait until the heatshield ia detached, but the lander is still inside the backplate!
- Now disconnect from vehicle. How seems not to matter.
- Launch an other mission in different crater.
- Return to the previous launched small lander.
- Backplate should still be attached and retro rockets are firing until lander goes to emergency mode and touchdown.
