This is one of the new mission in Victoria Crater, and one of the minor tasks is to drill the Sand. The problem is that it's not possible (I think) to drill the sand. Everytime I tried to drill the sand, I got an "Invalid Target" message (don't make much sense after all, it should be a scoop task).

Also, the task asks to drill the "Sand", but in the marked area I could only find "Rocky Sand".

So, my guess is that it should be an scoop task on Rocky Sand, not a drill task on regular Sand.
