Using Steam Overlay web-browser sometimes causes the game to crash

Sometimes when using the Steam Overlay web-browser the game will crash, it's only on occasion and is usually when I press the new tab button.

Crash log attached, all of the crashes in the log so far have been this issue.

While driving a rover open the Steam Overlay web-browser and open a new tab. It crashes randomly.
