Completing tasks in mission 6983 does not count towards final success of the mission. Popups confirming successful scan of "Stone APXS" appear, but mission is not completed and task is still open to be done again and again.
Mission log tells me there are several open items, that do not show up in the HUD.
From their description I assume they have already been completed, but mission log was not updated...

I have checked the mission, but I have not encountered this problem. Mission finished properly after performing major tasks.

I still have the same problem in game version 0.8.174 and provided my save file.
You can connect to the vehicle "Liberty" and try yourself.

Fixed, thank you for savegame! Problem was I was testing this mission with Medium rover which has APXS on robo-arm
