The Landing-Gear needs own controls. Some players already mentioned that landing takes a long time because of auto-pilot.
I also got the problem, that I have positive velocity to the sky because of this auto-pilot. No Landing possible.

I searched but as mentioned I cant land because of positive velocity, which is unnecessary I think and which is not described in the reports I read.
