It is possible to cause the drive toggle to cause the controlled rover to never stop moving despite keyboard-WSAD or mouse-controlled arrow pad intervention unless specific steps are taken.
Note: changing the floormats under my chair did not help.

Steps To Reproduce
Take the left arrow pad and click forwards or backwards. Click forwards or backwards on the other pad after. This can be done with either pad, so you can also start with the right and then try the left. It will immediately trigger the bug. Attempting to stop the rover with just one of the control pads will never work. It must be resolved by fiddling with both.
