Started driving while hungry. Hunger states were reported as expected while driving around, when finally dying for starvation messages started. At one point all messages stopped, but I was still able to drive the vehicle around until the gasoline tank was empty. The vehicle's motor was still humming, but one couldn't stop the motor or leave the vehicle. No respawn option present. No You died black screen messages given.

Had to forcefully stop the game.
